Starter is $499 one-time, Business is $749 one-time and Business+ is $999 one-time. Functionality outside the listed package scope—such as complex e-commerce, custom applications or unusual integrations—may require a separate quote.
Do I own my domain?+
Yes. You purchase and own your domain separately. Riverside handles the connection, setup and launch.
Do I need to manage the technical side myself?+
No. Riverside handles setup, launch and managed hosting. Managed Hosting is $29/month and is required while your website remains hosted by Riverside. Managed Website Care is an optional $69/month upgrade that includes hosting plus routine minor updates and support.
Can I request changes before launch?+
Yes. Starter includes 1 revision round, Business includes 2 and Business+ includes 3. Additional revision rounds are $75 each.
How long does a website take?+
Project timelines vary depending on the package, complexity, required features, content availability and client feedback. Riverside provides an estimated project timeline before work begins.
What happens after launch—and can I leave later?+
Managed Hosting is $29/month while the website stays hosted by Riverside, or you can upgrade to $69/month Website Care, which includes hosting and routine support. If you leave later, you keep your domain and can receive portable website files for another compatible host, subject to the Riverside Client Agreement. Riverside does not guarantee Google rankings, leads, sales or revenue.
